## What is Sycloop

Sycloop is a marketplace for exchanging items, skills, services, and digital assets without money. Instead of two-way swaps, AI discovers multi-party exchange cycles — loops of people whose wants and offers match. When a loop closes, everyone gets what they want simultaneously. No money changes hands.

## How it works

1. List what you have and what you want
2. AI matches you into a loop with others whose offers and wants align
3. The loop closes only when all parties are matched
4. Everyone exchanges simultaneously — value moves in a complete cycle

## Key concepts

- CLOSURE: a trade only executes when the full exchange cycle is complete
- Multi-party loops: 3+ people can form a single exchange cycle
- Cashless: money is optional, not required
- AI matching: the system finds non-obvious multi-hop exchange paths
