Sycloop ("we", "us") operates the website sycloop.com. Contact: hello@sycloop.com.

When you join our waitlist we collect: your email address, your selected interest category, and the time of signup.

We also collect anonymous usage analytics (page views, button clicks, approximate location by country, device type) through PostHog, hosted in the EU (Frankfurt). We do not use advertising trackers or sell data.

• Analytics: PostHog EU (Frankfurt, Germany)

Waitlist data is kept until launch communications are complete or until you ask us to delete it, whichever comes first. Analytics data is retained per PostHog's standard retention.

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time by emailing hello@sycloop.com. If you are in the EU/EEA, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

Every email we send includes context about why you received it. You can unsubscribe or request removal at any time by replying or emailing hello@sycloop.com.

We will update this page if our practices change. Material changes will be communicated by email to waitlist members.
